About ICL

A carrier engineered for the way modern supply chains actually run.

We started ICL because the Southeast deserved a drayage and intermodal partner that operated with the discipline of a software company and the reliability of a legacy carrier.

Mission

To make the Southeast freight corridor the most reliable segment of every shipper's network.

International Conveyance Logistics was founded in Atlanta in 2019 with a single thesis: the explosive growth of the Port of Savannah, combined with the rail and distribution density of the Southeast, deserved a drayage partner built for enterprise scale — not a brokerage masquerading as one.

Today we move containers for retailers, manufacturers, and 3PLs that measure carriers in basis points. Our dispatch team operates 24/7, our equipment is GPS-tracked end to end, and every customer has a named operations contact backed by an on-call escalation desk.

We are FMCSA-authorized under USDOT 4009211 and MC-1505489, CTPAT-certified, and carry $5M in commercial auto liability with $250K cargo coverage standard.

Operating principles

The four standards every load and every invoice is measured against.

P/01

Operational discipline

Every container has a plan before the wheels turn. We measure dwell, detention, and per-diem in real time — and we share the data with our customers.

P/02

Compliance as a baseline

FMCSA, CTPAT, and customer-specific audits aren't milestones — they're the floor we build above. Safety scores and insurance limits are public on day one.

P/03

Capacity you can count on

Owned tractor base plus a vetted carrier network means we don't disappear in tight markets. Contracted rates honor contracted commitments.

P/04

Transparent economics

Linehaul, accessorials, fuel — itemized, audit-ready, and reconciled monthly. No surprise invoices, ever.
